An automatic filling and packaging line for roach-bait stations.

The line includes the following machines:

1. Filling machine:
   • Automatic base feeder.
   • Two accurate filling station- for filling two types of baits.
     Each filling unit performs an accurate filling of 1.8g-2.0g.
   • Automatic lids feeding.
   • Ultrasonic lids sealing.
2. Bottom labeling- automatic labeling, including exp. date and batch number printing.
3. Flow-pack wrapping machine.
4. Cartoning machine.
