Impac Engineering was founded in 1974 and began its journey in the design and manufacture of industrial automation systems. With extensive experience in the field, Impac has broadened its scope and today focuses on several main areas:

“Impac” operates with the vision of leading innovation in the field of filling and packaging machines, and providing our customers with advanced engineering solutions, customized personally, that create real long-term value.
The company is built on decades of experience in development, design and manufacturing of production lines for the food, pharmaceutical, agricultural and chemical industries, with hundreds of successful projects in Israel and around the world. The extensive knowledge accumulated over the years provides a solid foundation for accurate, reliable and efficient solutions.
In January 2025 we acquired Impac, and in August we acquired the operations of Lead. The merger between two leading companies in the field creates a stronger and more significant entity, combining engineering capabilities, manufacturing and service under one roof.
We believe every customer is a world unto itself. Therefore, every project begins with a deep understanding of the needs, and continues with the development of a dedicated solution – a machine tailored precisely to the customer’s requirements and production processes.
Impac is committed to full support throughout the entire project lifecycle – from specification and design, through installation and commissioning, to ongoing service and maintenance over the years. Recently, we have strengthened our service system and expanded the team.
