Who are we?

Impack Engineering was established in 1974 and began its journey with the design and manufacturing of industrial automation systems. Over time, as it gained extensive experience in the field, the company expanded its scope and now focuses on several key areas:

Design and manufacturing of filling and packaging machines and systems for a wide range of applications and products.
Design and manufacturing of industrial automation systems.

The continuous development of our products enables our customers to benefit from reliable machines, advanced technology, and a wide variety of machines for different industries. In addition to our standard machines, the extensive knowledge and experience we have accumulated over more than 50 years of operation give us a unique ability to identify customer needs and provide a tailored technological-engineering solution that meets their specific requirements.

“Impac” operates with a vision to lead innovation in the field of filling and packaging machines, and to provide our customers with advanced, customized engineering solutions that create real value over time.

The company relies on decades of experience in developing, planning and manufacturing production lines for the food, pharmaceutical, agricultural and chemical industries, with hundreds of successful projects in Israel and around the world. The extensive knowledge accumulated over the years forms a solid foundation for precise, reliable and efficient solutions.

In January 2025, we acquired Impac, and in August we acquired the activities of Lead. The merger between two leading companies in the field created a stronger and more significant entity, one that combines engineering capabilities, production and service under one roof.

We believe that each customer is a world in itself. Therefore, each project begins with a deep understanding of the needs, and continues with the development of a dedicated solution – a machine that is precisely tailored to the customer’s requirements and production processes.

Impec is committed to full support throughout the entire life of the project – from the characterization and planning phase, through installation and commissioning, to ongoing service and maintenance over the years. We have recently strengthened our service system and increased our team.

Technology is at the heart of our activities – a combination of advanced automation, smart control systems and continuous improvement of production efficiency for our customers. Alongside this, we ensure uncompromising quality, high reliability, easy maintenance and a long lifespan of the machines.
