The Volcano Series was designed to address the necessity of sealing plastic containers such as cups, trays and buckets in different shapes and sizes with foil to preserve content freshness for extended shelf life.
The machine consists of an automatic foil feeding device and automatic pulling, stretching and sealing system which responsible for the required hermetic package sealing.
It is suitable for most industries, including: cosmetics and pharmaceuticals, food, detergents and chemicals.
Various options and additions are available by demand:
- Volcano Duplex – for sealing two cups simultaneously to double the capacity
- G.A.S™ (Gas-wash Anti-aging System) to extend shelf-life.
- Photocell for using printed foil.
- Removable dispenser to remove cups/trays at the end of sealing.
- It can be integrated with automatic filling lines on a conveyor, or on rotating machines for a perfect filling and sealing solutions.
