The REVO-S series filling machine features a rotary structure and servo-driven operation, designed for high-speed filling and capping of jerrycans in motion—up to 200 jerrycans/min.
The machine performs weight-based filling of bottles, jerrycans, and pails within a volume range of 100 ml to 30 liters, with maximum accuracy of up to 0.3%.
Thanks to the unique CLICK & PLAY mechanism, which allows quick and easy changeover between different packaging types without the use of tools, the machine enables handling of various packaging formats and provides maximum flexibility for the customer.
The REVO-S series is equipped with PACK’R’s unique CLEAN & PLAY CIP system, enabling extremely fast cleaning with fewer cycles and reduced waste compared to standard CIP systems.
