Aseptic liquid filling in bags

Semi-automatic machine for filling and capping aseptic bags.

The ABF machine is an excellent solution for semi-automatic filling of aseptic bags that are dispensed after filling and capping.
The operator attaches the bag to the machine’s clamp and the machine removes the cap, fills the bag and seals it with the cap – it’s as simple as that!

The machine works simultaneously with two bags, which significantly increases the machine’s output and hence its efficiency, making the ABF the ultimate solution for aseptic bags filling.

This bags filling machine is suitable for filling a wide range of liquids, gels and creams, both homogenous and non-homogenous.
The ABF series comes in various configurations suitable for filling bags either vertically or horizontally.
