Impack Engineering was established in 1974 and began its journey with the design and manufacturing of industrial automation systems. Over the years, as it gained extensive experience in the field, the company expanded its scope and now focuses on several key areas:

Liquid Filling Machine for Bottles

An automatic filling machine suitable for filling bottles.
The machine features a rotary structure combined with a linear conveyor, enabling maximum adaptation to the product. This combination allows the integration of multiple work stations—both around the carousel and along the conveyor—to ensure maximum precision and flexibility during operation.

The machine is suitable for filling bottles with liquids of varying viscosities—low-viscosity liquids, high-viscosity liquids, and foaming liquids—as well as products composed of multiple materials.

Multiple formats can be integrated into the machine, allowing operation with bottles of various sizes, with easy transition between formats.

Production speed: 5,000–60,000 containers per shift (10–120 per minute)
Applications: tahini, jam, chocolate, oil, chemicals.

Automatic line for filling, capping, and labeling jerrycans and containers

The filling machine is individually designed and tailored for each customer, providing a complete solution with maximum flexibility in operation and optimal adaptation to the product.
Its linear structure allows the integration of multiple work stations as required, ensuring maximum efficiency and upgrading the production line.

The machine is suitable for handling a wide range of products—from liquid filling to filling pastes with varying viscosity levels.
Multiple formats can be integrated into the machine, enabling the filling of containers in various sizes, with quick and easy changeover between formats.

Production speed: 5,000–25,000 containers per shift (10–50 per minute)
Applications: tahini, jam, chocolate, oil, fuel additives, chemicals.

MKH-4 Continuous Horizontal Cartoner

The MKH-4 is a fully automatic, continuous-motion, side-loading cartoner, controlled by a full servo system on every axis.
The new design of the MKH-4 cartoner enables maximum flexibility in the production line while saving production floor space.

Its feeding system can be detached within one second, allowing immediate connection and operation of future modifications to the feeding system.

MP-50 Continuous Sleeve Bundling Packaging Machine

We specialize in supplying advanced sleeve bundling systems that combine speed, precision, and flexibility.
