The MKH-4 is a fully automatic, continuous, side-loading cartoner, operated by a full servo system on every axis.
The new design of the MKH-4 cartoner enables maximum flexibility on the production floor, while saving production space.
The feeding system can be separated within one second, allowing quick connection and immediate operation of future changes in the feeding system.

Machine features

The machine offers a range of unique advantages:

The open rotating carton head is built with a dual front opening system, which enables carton removal from the magazine while simultaneously opening the box. Part of the system includes a pre-opened box.
The vacuum system is a new design, allowing the use of air pressure instead of vacuum, thereby ensuring leak-free operation and maximum efficiency.
High performance and easy adjustment capability for precise synchronization of the machine during operation.
Clean design – the new design of the MKH-4 presents a low-profile machine with a clean, straight working line, surrounded by a completely clean and safe working environment.
Accessibility – all mechanical and electronic components are accessible and visible, so any fault can be identified quickly.
Mobility – the machine’s wheels allow easy movement and high flexibility.
The machine comes with a standard Beckhoff motion system, WIN7 operating system, and a large 12” screen.

Full remote access support via a real-time video camera installed on the system
