The REVO-S rotary filling machine is designed for high-speed filling and capping of vials, with a continuous motion – up to 200 vials/minute.
The machine performs weight-based filling of bottles, jerrycans and vials in the volume range of 500 ml – 20 liters. Maximum accuracy is up to 0.3%.
Thanks to the unique CLICK & PLAY mechanism, which enables quick and easy changeover between different types of packaging without tools, the machine allows operation with different types of packaging and thus provides maximum flexibility.
The REVO-S series is equipped with PACK’R’s unique CIP system – CLEAN & PLAY.
This system enables especially fast cleaning, performing a smaller number of cycles and producing less waste compared with a standard CIP system.
The machine is suitable for filling a wide range of products: food products, chemicals, fertilizers, paint, oil and more.
