The MKH-3 is a very flexible cartoner. The machine can be configured at high speed to pack cartons and products in various sizes.

The MKH-3 is an automatic cartoner, designed to be very easy to operate and maintain, and therefore the machine offers high value for money.

Applications: glue sticks, ampoules, vials, wrappers, tissue paper cubes, bags, toys, toothbrushes, tubes, medical equipment, and more.

Machine features

The MKH-3 is designed for short-run, multi-product operation, and can also handle different carton shapes during changeover in five minutes.

The system is driven by AC motors or servos, and delivers high performance and easy machine synchronization.

Changeover time: 5–10 minutes, depending on the product.

The machine comes with a standard OMRON system and a 6″ touch screen.

Full remote access support via a camera and real-time video installed on the system
